The following information is provided for individuals or groups that are interested in submitting a ritual to be used at SunFest or any event that OWOW may promote. These are the steps for submissions, what you can expect from the board, as well as what we are looking for.
OWOW believes it is our responsibility to look at any and all ritual submissions for our events. We look for a theme-based ritual. For example, SunFest rituals should be based on the sun or summer solstice in one facet or another, and WinterFest rituals should be based on the coming of the light or Imbolc.
To begin the process write and submit a ritual outline to OWOW at owoworg@hotmail.com. We will review all submissions before deciding which would be the best option for our event. All submitters will be notified whether they were selected or not. In some cases we may request more information.
